Major Appliance and Refrigeration Repair
1500 hours

Appliance Helpter - 300 hours
Laundry Technician - 300 hours
Kitchen Technician - 450 hours
Refrigeration Technician - 450 hours

The program prepares students for employment as electric home appliance technicians, electrical appliance repair specialist or appliance service representatives. Students learn how to diagnose and repair washers, dryers, dishwashers, trash compactors, ranges, refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens and window air conditioners.
The content also includes communication skills; leadership skills; employability skills; and safe and efficient work practices.
