Weight Lifting for Seniors - 8 sessions
Numerous studies reveal that physically fit, leaner, older people
lead happier and more productive lives. It also has been found
that older people who are fit have less body fat than those less
active.
The study also showed that building strength can reverse
the loss of muscle and bone density that occurs as the body
ages.
