Personal Enrichment Classes

Yoga - 8 sessions


This Hatha yoga class is for all ages and fitness levels. Practitioners will unite breath with movement to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. Classes are arranged in a three phase sequence: a warm-up, a working phase, and deep stretches. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat, a small towel, and water.
