NOTE TO STUDENTS: To personalize the learning experience, in addition to instructor-led on-screen demonstrations, each student will come to class with a specific task to complete during the course. A handout of materials for each student to bring the first night will be provided upon registration.

Accounting Proprietorship - 60 hours

This course will cover the complete accounting cycle for a s service business organized as a proprietorship. It will include analyzing and journalizing transactions. posting to a ledger, cash control systems, completing a worksheet, financial statements, and recording, adjusting, and closing entries.

QUICKBOOKS PRO is an automated accounting program that is very popular in businesses. The course will include sales and receivables, payables and purchases, end-of-period procedures, payroll, and computerizing a manual accounting system.
