The Student Records Office, located in Building 4, is here to provide assistance to all students, past and present. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm (except Holidays).

Requesting Official Transcripts.

Your official Transcript housed with Manatee Technical Institute is bound by the Federal law - FERPA (Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974).

Click the links below to download a copy of the Request Form. Return a competed copy to the Student Records Office. An official picture ID (Driver License, State ID, etc) is required.
